PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Crestline Perimeter Fence
Crestline is a welded steel perimeter fence defined by a clean vertical composition and a distinctive alternating picket pattern inside a 1.5″ tubular steel perimeter frame. The design creates architectural rhythm through subtle changes in the vertical members while maintaining a restrained and contemporary appearance.
AMP manufactures Crestline as a complete welded panel system in multiple standard lengths and heights. In addition, project-specific dimensions and post configurations can be reviewed when the standard catalog sizes do not match the architectural layout.
Crestline Design
Alternating vertical geometry creates a refined architectural pattern
Crestline uses a rectangular perimeter frame with a repeating arrangement of vertical steel members. Selected verticals extend visually beyond the interior horizontal boundaries of the pattern, creating the stepped crest-like rhythm that distinguishes the design.
Unlike heavily ornamental fence styles, Crestline relies on proportion, repetition and controlled variation rather than decorative scrollwork. Therefore, the panel works particularly well with modern, transitional and contemporary architecture.
Final opening limitations and other dimensional requirements can vary according to the intended application and jurisdiction. Consequently, the responsible project professional must verify applicable requirements before fabrication and installation.
Built for the Project
Standard panel sizes provide the starting point —
custom dimensions remain available for project-specific conditions.
AMP offers Crestline in multiple standard panel lengths and fence heights. However, when a project requires a different configuration, our fabrication team can review custom panel dimensions, system heights, corners and other project-specific requirements before production.
How Crestline Is Manufactured
1. 1.5″ Tubular Steel Perimeter Frame
First, AMP cuts and squares the tubular steel components that establish the exterior perimeter of the fence panel. The upper rail, lower rail and side members are assembled to maintain the required panel geometry.
The perimeter frame uses 1.5″ tubular steel construction throughout the standard Crestline panel.
2. Crestline Vertical Pattern
Next, the vertical steel members are positioned according to the Crestline pattern. The alternating arrangement creates the characteristic visual rhythm while maintaining consistent alignment throughout the panel.
3. Controlled Panel Geometry
AMP maintains consistent spacing and alignment across the welded assembly so that the repeating pattern remains balanced from one end of the panel to the other.
4. Height-Specific Reinforcement
As fence height and panel size increase, AMP coordinates the panel and corresponding post specification according to the selected configuration. Taller and larger fence systems may therefore require heavier post construction.
5. Surface Preparation and Finish
Finally, the completed welded steel assembly is prepared for the selected exterior powder-coated finish. The finished panel is then produced in the architectural color specified for the project.
Fence Posts Are Sold Separately
Crestline fence panels do not include posts.
Complete the fence system by ordering the required End, Line, Corner or Custom Angle Posts separately. In addition, choose either Set-In-Ground or Base-Plate mounting according to the installation conditions.
Choose Your Post Mounting
Crestline panels work with two post mounting systems. Therefore, select the post configuration that best matches the installation surface and project conditions.
Set-In-Ground Post
Designed for installations where the steel post extends below the finished surface and continues into a project-specific concrete footing.
New construction
New concrete footings
Landscape and soil conditions
Base-Plate Post
Features a welded steel mounting plate for mechanical anchoring to a suitable existing concrete surface.
Existing concrete slabs
Concrete curbs
Existing hardscape
Mounting conditions vary by project. Therefore, the installer or responsible design professional must confirm footing dimensions, anchor selection, embedment, substrate capacity and other installation requirements before installation.
96″ fence height: Base-Plate mounting is not offered as a standard catalog configuration. Use the appropriate Set-In-Ground post system or contact AMP regarding project-specific requirements.
Choose the Correct Post Type
Each fence layout requires a different combination of posts. As a result, AMP offers End, Line, Corner and Custom Angle Posts according to the fence layout and mounting system.
End Post
Used to begin or terminate a fence run.
Line Post
Used between two adjacent fence panels in a straight run.
Corner Post
Used for standard directional changes in the fence run.
Custom Angle
Fabricated for project-specific directional changes when a standard corner does not match the required angle.
Available Panel Sizes
Standard Panel Lengths
36″ · 42″ · 48″ · 54″ · 60″ · 72″ · 84″ · 96″
Available Fence Heights

Overall Post-to-Post Dimension
The selected fence length represents the finished overall dimension from post to post, not only the width of the interior panel frame. This allows the ordered system dimension to coordinate directly with the intended fence layout.
Custom Sizes
Need a different panel length or fence height? AMP can review custom dimensions according to project requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
Post Construction by Fence Configuration
The required post construction is coordinated with the selected Crestline panel length, fence height and mounting method. Therefore, customers select the required configuration while AMP assigns the corresponding post specification for the system.
Post wall thickness and post configuration may increase as panel length or fence height increases. The post specification associated with the selected product variation should be used when completing the fence system.

Project and Code Requirements
Opening Requirements
Opening limitations and other dimensional requirements can vary according to the intended application and local regulations. Therefore, the contractor, installer or responsible design professional must verify that the selected Crestline panel configuration is appropriate for the specific project.
Pool Barrier Applications
Pool barrier requirements vary by jurisdiction and may include minimum fence height, opening limitations, gate configuration, self-closing or self-latching hardware and other project-specific provisions.
Consequently, Crestline should not be represented as universally compliant for pool-barrier applications. The responsible project professional must verify the complete fence and gate system against the requirements that apply to the specific installation.
Structural and Installation Verification
Footing dimensions, anchor selection, embedment, post spacing, substrate capacity, structural loads and attachment requirements depend on the final installation conditions.
The responsible project professional must confirm these requirements whenever the installation conditions or applicable regulations require structural or engineering review.
Custom Crestline Configurations
Standard dimensions simplify ordering. However, AMP can review custom panel lengths, system heights and project-specific configurations when the architectural layout requires something different.
Custom corners, non-standard fence runs, unique site conditions or project-specific angles may require different panel dimensions or post configurations. In that case, send AMP the project dimensions before ordering.
Build Your Crestline Fence System
Start by selecting the required Crestline panels. Then, complete the fence system with the appropriate End, Line, Corner or Custom Angle Posts for the selected installation method.
Not sure which posts or quantities your fence run requires? Send AMP the layout, panel lengths, fence height and installation conditions for assistance.
Architectural Metal Products
Custom architectural metalwork for residential, commercial and architectural projects.
Protective Primer + Powder Coat Finish
Before the final powder-coat finish is applied, this AMP steel product receives a protective primer coat. The primer improves coating adhesion and adds an additional layer of corrosion protection as part of AMP's two-stage exterior finish system.
