📄 AMP – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made by AMP (A Metal Products). By placing an order, the client agrees to all terms outlined herein.
2. Scope of Work
AMP manufactures custom architectural metal products, including but not limited to:
Decorative metal panels
Railings
Privacy screens
Metal planters with integrated privacy screens
Custom fabricated components
All products are manufactured based on client-approved drawings and specifications.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 15 days, unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is subject to change due to material cost fluctuations.
Final pricing is confirmed upon order approval.
4. Orders & Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to shipment.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer only. No cash accepted.
Orders will not be released until full payment is received.
5. Production & Lead Times
Standard production time is 4 to 5 weeks plus transit time.
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to:
Material availability
Production workload
Unforeseen circumstances
Rush Service:
AMP may prioritize orders for an additional fee. Availability depends on current production capacity.
Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
6. Custom Fabrication Disclaimer.
All products are custom-made.
Minor variations in:
Dimensions
Finish
Color
are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
7. Shipping & Delivery.
Shipping method is determined based on order size (LTL freight or courier).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to the client once the order has been shipped.
The client must inspect all goods upon delivery.
8. Installation.
AMP provides products ready for installation.
Installation is the responsibility of the client or their contractor unless otherwise agreed.
AMP is not liable for issues resulting from improper installation.
9. Damages & Claims.
Any damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:
Photos
Description of the damage
Claims must be submitted to:
CLAIMS@AMETALP.COM
Failure to report within this timeframe voids any claim.
10. Limitation of Liability.
AMP shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Project delays caused by third parties
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
11. Cancellations.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Deposits are non-refundable after fabrication begins.
12. Force Majeure.
AMP is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including:
Natural disasters
Supply chain disruptions
Labor shortages
13. Governing Law.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AMP operates.
