🛡️ AMP – WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty Coverage.

AMP (A Metal Products) provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Structural failures under normal use
Issues arising from the fabrication process

2. Conditions of Application.

This warranty is valid only if:

The product has been used under normal conditions
The product has been properly installed following standard construction practices
The product has not been modified or altered by third parties

3. Warranty Exclusions.

This warranty does NOT cover:

Improper or negligent installation
Damage during handling or after delivery
Impacts, scratches, or misuse
Normal wear and tear
Variations in finish or color due to environmental exposure
Corrosion caused by:
Harsh environments (coastal areas, chemicals, excessive moisture)
Lack of proper maintenance
Any modifications made by third parties
Recommended Maintenance (Powder Coating)

To preserve the finish and extend product life, the following is recommended:

Clean the surface every 1 to 3 months, depending on environmental conditions
Use:
Clean water
Mild, non-abrasive soap
Soft cloth or sponge
Avoid:
Harsh chemicals
Solvents
Abrasive pads or steel wool
High-pressure washing directly on the coated surface
Dry with a clean cloth to prevent water spotting

👉 Failure to follow these maintenance guidelines may affect the finish and void the coating warranty.

4. Finishes and Materials.

This warranty applies only to powder-coated finishes.
The coating carries a limited 12-month warranty against application defects.

This warranty does not cover:

Natural wear
Fading due to sun exposure
Damage caused by environmental conditions

5. Claims Process.

To initiate a warranty claim, the client must:

Notify AMP within 7 days of discovering the issue
Provide supporting evidence, including:
Clear photographs
Detailed description of the issue
Submit the claim to:
CLAIMS@AMETALP.COM

6. Resolution.

Upon evaluation, AMP may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product
Provide a partial solution

👉 This warranty does not include cash refunds, except in exceptional cases determined by AMP.

7. Limitation of Liability

AMP’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the value of the product supplied.

AMP shall not be responsible for:

Installation or removal costs
Project delays
Indirect or consequential damages

8. Additional Costs.

Shipping, removal, or reinstallation costs are not covered under this warranty unless otherwise agreed.
