π AMP β SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Methods.
Orders are shipped via:
Standard parcel services
LTL freight (Less Than Truckload) for larger orders
2. Shipping Costs.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Weight
Dimensions
Destination
Final shipping cost is provided prior to final payment.
3. Delivery Timeframes.
Delivery time includes:
Production (4β5 weeks)
Transit time (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, except for Rush orders, where AMP will prioritize production and make a good-faith effort to meet the agreed timeline, subject to operational conditions.
4. Transfer of Responsibility.
Responsibility transfers to the client once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Delivery Inspection.
The client must inspect the product upon delivery.
Any damage must be:
Noted with the carrier
Reported to AMP within 48 hours
6. Shipping Damage.
AMP is not responsible for damages caused during transit.
However, AMP will assist the client in filing claims with the carrier.
7. Reshipments.
If the error is attributable to AMP, reshipping costs will be covered by AMP.
If the error is attributable to the client, reshipping costs will be the clientβs responsibility.
8. Storage.
If the client fails to receive or pick up the order on the agreed date:
A 7-day grace period will apply
After this period, storage fees will be charged
AMP reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed products after a reasonable period.
