🔄 AMP – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of Products

All AMP products are custom-made, therefore:

👉 All sales are final.
👉 No refunds will be issued once a deposit has been received and production has started.

2. Eligible Claims

Claims will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

Product arrives damaged during shipping
Product does not match approved drawings/specifications.

3. Claim Period.

The client must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

4. Claim Requirements.

All claims must include:

Clear photographs of the issue
Detailed description
Evidence of original packaging

Claims must be submitted to:
CLAIMS@AMETALP.COM

5. Resolution.

After evaluation, AMP may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product
Offer a partial adjustment

👉 No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Exclusions.

Claims or returns will not be accepted for:

Client errors in approved measurements or specifications
Change of mind
Improper use or installation
Normal wear and tear
